For over 60 years, the Rochester Junior Women's Club has been serving our community through fundraising and volunteering.

Welcome to Our New Website

Thank you for your patience while we continue to develop our new website. Please come back soon to see more.

Who We Are

We are mothers, sisters, daughters, cousins, aunts, and nieces. We are full-time working women, stay-at-home moms, recently retired and college students.

We are the women making a difference in the Greater Rochester Area.

Our Causes

Each year, the Rochester Junior Women's Club selects up to four organizations to receive the proceeds from our fundraising events. These organizations are selected based on various criteria set forth by the Donations Committee.

Spotlight Volunteer

The Rochester Junior Women’s Club would like to recognize our Sharon Heussner as our Spotlight Volunteer for October 2017. Sharon is an example of a self-less volunteer. During her short term with RJWC, she has become a reliable contributor, never turning down an opportunity to give back to her community. Her ingenuity to developing new and innovative ideas is boundless. As one club member said, Sharon provides a sense of calming comfort to friends and family..

Keep us, oh God, from pettiness
Let us be large in thought, in word, in deed.
Let us be done with fault-finding and leave off self-seeking.
May we put away all pretense and meet each other face to
face, without self-pity and without prejudice.
May we never be hasty in judgment and always generous.
Let us take time for all things.
Make us grow calm, serene, gentle.
Teach us to put into action our better impulses, straightforward and unafraid.
Grant that we may realize it is the little things that create differences,
that in the big things of life we are as one.
And may we strive to touch and to know the great common human
heart of us all.
And, Oh Lord God, let us forget not to be kind.
