New Member Meeting

The Rochester Junior Women's Club organizes a gathering each month for all new members, called the "New Member Meeting." The purpose of this meeting is to introduce the new members to the club's history, mission and values, as well as provide an overview of its structure and operations. This meeting is an excellent opportunity for new members to learn about the various committees and projects that the club undertakes. It also allows them to interact with other members and learn about their experiences with the club. The New Member Meeting is an essential part of the club's onboarding process, as it helps new members feel welcomed and included in the club's activities. Furthermore, it provides them with a platform to share their ideas and contribute to the club's mission of serving the community.
