Alicia currently serves the Rochester Junior Women’s Club in the role of Parliamentarian. In the past, she has served as President, President Elect, Chair of the New Member department. Alicia was honored with the Rochester Junior Women’s Club “Volunteer of the Year” award in 2014.

Corresponding Secretary

Anne currently serves the Rochester Junior Women’s Club in the role of Corresponding Secretary for the second consecutive year.  She is a member of the Development Committee, and serves as BINGOmania and Kentucky Derby event chair. She also serves as the Director of Philanthropy and Fundraising for the Southeast division of the Greater Federation of Women’s Clubs. In the past, she served as Vice President of the club for two years and the Co-Chair/Chair for Art & Apples and Spring Luncheon events.

A member since 2013, Karen Maynard had held numerous chair and co-chair positions for various departments including Education and Homelife. She has coordinated popular events such as Boots and Beer and the monthly book club. When not volunteering with the Rochester Junior Club, Karen enjoys skiing, swimming, golf and physical fitness activities.

Spotlight Volunteer of the Month – August 2017

Karen works quietly behind the scenes on many events and subcommittees. In addition, she has continually taken on the role as chair for different departments from Education to Homelife. Karen is tireless with her commitment to living a healthy lifestyle as well as always being a ray of sunshine in every room she enters.
